Acrylic

An elegant touch for your high-end sign and interior graphics projects, our laser cut letters and logos are sure to impress your clients. The most common materials are black and clear cast acrylic in 1/8” and 1/4” thicknesses, but we can special order a variety of colors and sizes to suit your project. Laser-cutting provides glossy, “flame polished” edges that will look great from any angle. We can also rout acrylic to handle shaped edge details, blind holes for stud mounting, pockets for stacking or inlays, etc.

PVC

Foamed PVC has become a popular option for adding dimension to outdoor signage without blowing the client’s budget. PVC is lightweight, takes paint well, and will not rot. Our standard product is black or white PVC in 1/4” and 1/2” thicknesses, with other options available as special orders.

ACM

ACM (Aluminum Composite Material) is the lifeblood of many small sign shops. It’s the perfect substrate for both printed and cut vinyl sign projects. Add a touch of class to your projects by using blanks with custom shapes to match the rest of your design. Our cutting process leaves smoother edges than sawing, and we can even do letters and logos to add some dimension to your project.

HDU

High-density urethane foam is one of the best materials available for outdoor signage. It is weather-proof, lightweight, and easy to carve. If you would like to take your projects up a notch from sand-blasting, we can help by providing the raised letters and logos to apply to your shop-cut base, or by routing your sign complete. We can add smooth curved outlines, border details, smooth or textured pockets, and back-routed pockets for mounting and support hardware. We can even cut your letters/logos separately with inlay or stud-mounting options, so you can paint them easily without having to cut in every tiny detail.

CNC Routing

Our routing equipment can handle full sheets of material up to 5 feet wide and 8 feet long (and longer with special setups), and we can through-cut material up to 3 inches thick. We keep a full compliment of tooling on hand, so we can cut any typical sign-making substrates, plus solid PVC, ABS, polycarbonate, aluminum, etc. We can also do diamond-drag engraving, pen plotting, and drag-knife cutting of tricky materials like coroplast, magnetic sheet, and some fabrics.

Laser Cutting & Engraving

Our 100w CO2 laser has a 55x36” cutting area, and can handle wood, acrylic, and other laser-friendly substrates up to 1/2” thick. We keep a variety of lenses on hand to provide the best edge finishes possible in a variety of materials and thicknesses. We can also do surface laser engraving in wood, acrylic, leather, and a variety of other materials. This is an ideal process for plaques, inlay/infill projects, and edge-lit acrylic signage.

Woodworking & Fabrication Services

Our fully-equipped woodworking and fabrication shop is also at your service. We can produce solid wood sign blanks, plaque/trophy bases, custom retail fixtures, and interior art and branding pieces.
